Refund Policy

At Bow Barn Outfitters, we take pride in providing high-quality archery equipment. To maintain the integrity of our inventory and ensure the safety of our customers, we adhere to the following return policy:

1. General Return Eligibility

We offer a 14-day return window for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed packaging. Any item that has been opened, had the factory seal broken, or shows any signs of handling is ineligible for a return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Strict Policy)

Due to safety, liability, and the technical nature of the equipment, the following items are strictly non-returnable and final sale:

  • Compound Bows & Traditional Bows: Once a bow leaves our shop or is delivered, it cannot be returned. This ensures that every bow we sell is factory-new and has not been dry-fired or improperly handled.

  • Crossbows

  • Custom-Cut Arrows

  • Special Orders: Any item specifically ordered for a customer that is not part of our standard in-stock inventory.

3. Right to Deny Returns

Bow Barn Outfitters reserves the right to deny a return for any reason at our sole discretion. All returns are subject to a thorough inspection upon arrival. If an item is returned in a condition that we deem unsellable or if the packaging has been compromised, the return will be rejected, and the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return for an unopened item, please contact us at bowbarnoutfitters@gmail.com or visit us in-store. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Restocking Fees

All eligible returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover processing and administrative costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at bowbarnoutfitters@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
